The geometry of holding
• Facilitator Training •
Develop your distinctive facilitation style, sense and modulate the energy in any space, and enable transformational experiences for those around you.
You are the space you are holding.
When you enter the room, it begins to shape itself around you. It reflects how you breathe. How you move. Whether you speak or remain silent. Your tone, your tension, your softness.
Everything you are informs the field around you, long before any session or event has started.
YOu can’t Hide it. You can’t fake it.
you always reveal infoRMation about your nervous system tone, your state of being.
And that - is great. Because you can learn and expand these skills.
Holding space isn’t about memorizing techniques.
It’s about becoming. About being.
Being the softness needed in one moment, while offering the structure that supports. Being the fire that ignites in another moment, or the air that moves.
Being a sharp knife when something needs to be cut. A mirror to reflect the hidden. A reader of the energetics of the space and people’s nervous systems.
Being the mountain that grounds the energy, the raindrops that cool the heat, and the riverbed that guides the water safely to the ocean.
Being able to move from state to state - in any given moment.
Letting yourself become what the space needs.
The Geometry of Holding is tailored for coaches, guides, and facilitators...
However, the ability to hold space is not limited to specific roles.
Most of us find ourselves in a position of “space-holding” many times a day:
Business leaders who need to guide teams with clarity and trust
Parents who want to create safe spaces for growth and conflict
Partners and friends who wish to show up in relationships with presence instead of reactivity
Anyone who wants to learn how to hold themselves with steadiness, compassion, and coherence
Actually, ALL OF US NEED to be capable of supporting one another, attuning to each other's energies, and altering our states if needed.
-
Facilitator
Run safer, deeper rooms with less effort.

-
Partner
Know when to hold the deeper breath and when to surrender into love.

-
leader
Tend culture by tuning the field, not micromanaging.

-
Parent
Be the steady bowl during big feelings.

A practical craft for facilitators, parents, leaders, and lovers.
When a space is held and contained well
IT STABILISES CHANGE.
At home, at work, and in the world.
Three Core Principles
Radical Presence
Harmonic Mirroring
Sovereign Boundaries
Most of you have encountered a teacher who appears to have it all.
They know their stuff, have a fantastic tone in their voice, and somehow we’re instantly calm when they enter the room. And they have that “je ne sais quoi” - that special ingredient that is uniquely theirs.
They draw us in. We naturally want to follow their lead. We easily surrender to their structure and lean into whatever the practice may be.
That is the kind of leadership that arises from a regulated nervous system, awareness of the energy in the space, and agility in shifting states when needed.
It is learnable.
It is transferable.
It changes everything.
And then, there’s the other example where you are being guided by someone whose capacity to command the room, embody the space, contain the energy, or sense the surrounding field is not yet adequately developed.
Depending on the practice, it can feel wobbly at best or completely unsafe at worst.
•
when your capacity is wide enough, you can hold nearly any space.
True containment allows trust, safety, and balance to emerge.
without Force, collapse, or bypass.

The three positions of space-holding
At the heart of this training are three key positions: the Witness, the Vessel, and the Field.
Think of them as the primary colors of holding space. Each one, on its own, is powerful. But together, they form a lens - a way of seeing and practicing - through which you’ll find your own unique style of space-holding. We’ll call this the Triadic Lens of Space-Holding.
With practice, you'll learn how to blend these positions into your personal triadic lens. Instead of copying my way or someone else’s, I want you to feel empowered to develop your own way of holding space, rooted in these universal functions.
The Field
The atmosphere of resonance you co-create with others.
The Witness
The still point of awareness, presence without interference
the Vessel
The capacity to contain experience without collapse.

“Sandra's way of leading workshops - with her strength, humor, and gentle guidance - created such a welcoming atmosphere that I felt safe to open up emotionally.
It was actually crazy how vulnerable I allowed myself to become!
Her continuous guidance in helping me return to my body was remarkable. I sincerely hope I get another opportunity to experience her work.”
Let’s make sure everyone is on the same page about the basics of the nervous system. As you know by now, it all begins with you. In this module, you’ll build a foundation for confident space-holding.
You’ll explore the fundamentals of the nervous system, learning how stress, tension, and regulation influence your presence. You’ll practice grounding, self-containment, and embodiment techniques that prepare you to hold space for others without losing your own sense of self.
We will go into boundaries and energetic awareness, giving you tools to navigate relational dynamics safely. By the end of this module, you’ll have a shared language, felt experiences, and core practices to fully step into the roles of Witness, Field, and Vessel.
Module 1
Building Foundations
Module 2
The Witness: Radical Presence
Everything starts with observing, sensing, and noticing. Here you will learn how to connect with your still-point. The part of you that can see without judgment, name without inference, and notice without getting caught up.
This position strengthens your ability to stay grounded even in intense moments, allowing you to offer others the gift of being truly seen without distortion.
Most people can no longer be fully present for more than a few minutes. We live in a time where presence has become a precious commodity.
Module 3
The field: Harmonic Mirroring
Learn how the atmosphere of a room and between people is created in real-time. You’ll practice precise, resonant reflection instead of projection or advice, using harmonic mirroring that removes distortion and builds trust. This is how the relational field becomes a safe and transformative space.
The field is something you are either nurturing or disrupting. You will learn how to identify energetic leaks or wobbling. Maintaining the atmosphere of the space will allow others to lower their defenses and reveal what otherwise remains hidden.
When the field is unstable, no technique will land cleanly. Transformation is field-dependent.
Module 4
The vessel: Sovereign Boundaries
The vessel enables energetic transmutation. Without it, holding can become sterile or distant. Learn to manage your nervous system with integrity so you don’t collapse or try to control everything, but instead, embody the space. The way you use your body and voice, and how you carry yourself, shapes everything.
This is the part of the holder that allows for intimacy, transmission, and aliveness. Embodied resonance is what makes people feel “seen” and “felt,” not just observed.
You’ll also practice the skill of containment, which will increase your ability to feel more without getting overwhelmed, and learn how to extend this steady container to others.
TRIADIC LENS
Module 5
The Triadic Lens & Integration
In this module, you’ll bring everything together through the triadic lens, weaving Witness, Field, and Vessel into a coherent, personal framework.
You’ll learn how to read dynamics in real time and respond from a place of clarity instead of reactivity. Through guided exercises and reflective practices, you’ll integrate the positions into your daily work and life. The focus is on creating a repeatable, embodied geometry of holding that feels authentic to you. By the end, you’ll leave with a living map — a structure to guide presence, relationships, and any space you are called to hold.

With Sandra, I felt so seen and supported. The challenges in the room were real, and the space she held was tender-hearted and warm.
She helped me access deeper truths and sit with discomfort to find more power and self-responsibility.
There were moments when she was able to encourage us elegantly, without seeing anyone as wrong: “I notice that you seem to be finding it difficult to…”, a kind and compassionate calling in.
Contained, attuned, and effective.
She could be firm for the sake of a safe container, and that came up more than once. I really celebrated how much we were able to resolve and move through with Sandra’s help.
Love permeated all.”

“Working with Sandra was a deeply moving experience.
What touched me most was her calm, grounded presence; the way she genuinely sees and listens to you. Throughout the session, I felt so supported, even when my body felt restless. Her gentle guidance helped me embrace a full range of emotions, from happiness to sadness. And by the end, I felt clear-minded, centered, and joyful.
The combination of her voice, singing, and the soft sound of her guitar moved me deeply, allowing me to reconnect with feelings of love and tenderness. The warmth and atmosphere Sandra creates are simply unforgettable. Her space feels safe, cozy, and filled with positive energy.
To be in a space with Sandra… It’s transformative! A space for growth, healing, and genuine connection. She has a special gift for holding others with love and presence.”
I navigated many different waters in my life, including roles as a marine biologist, research diver, science teacher, model, musician, relationship coach, massage therapist, and meditation, soundbath and breathwork guide. While my journey may seem diverse, what ties it all is learning how to face intense moments with presence and resilience, whether underwater, on stage, or among others.
My most valuable lessons didn’t just come from jobs or schools but from the less visible parts of life:
working through childhood patterns, confronting abusive relationships, and rediscovering my self-worth and voice.
These experiences taught me to hold Healthy space for myself first, then extend that to others.
Today, I bring that capacity into my work: guiding people back to their bodies, their voice, and their ground, so that they, too, can fully live life, even during moments of risk, vulnerability, and visibility.
One of my favorite modalities is working with our hidden parts. What we try to hide or forget still holds power. Remembering these parts within ourselves is crucial when we encounter others' shadows.
I have acquired a talent for becoming permeable to the energy that needs to be brought to the moment.
It once came at a great cost; now it is one of my greatest gifts.
We all have these kinds of gifts!

“Sandra knows how to lead and structure an event to create a safe coNtainer.
The way she holds the space feels like fire and water at the same time - both sharp and calm, like a steady hand that allows for freedom.
Her voice during breathwork cracked me wide open. I felt so present in my body. Through her calm tone, everything OPENED. Now, that’s a gift! To guide firmly yet gently.”
-
No. I truly believe we could all benefit from learning to support ourselves and one another. This training is open to anyone interested in learning how to hold space, whether you are a coach, therapist, teacher, parent, business leader, or someone who simply wants to bring more steadiness and presence into your relationships.
-
That’s welcome. You’ll receive guidance step by step, with practices that meet you where you are. This training is designed to strengthen nervous system capacity, supporting both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
-
Yes. All group calls are recorded and available to rewatch, so you won’t miss out if you can’t attend in real time.
-
Absolutely. Entering a training like this often stirs both excitement and fear. Nervousness usually indicates that you’re pushing into new growth. You may also face moments when you think you can’t follow through. That too is human. These moments are not to be feared, but welcomed as steps along the way and opportunities to understand potential resistance and deepen your understanding even further.
-
The live immersions are a vital part of the training, and I encourage you to make time for them if possible. However, I understand that life can get busy. If you can’t join, you’ll still have access to all online calls, practice groups, and the Telegram community. You won’t be left behind; the material is designed to allow you to stay connected and integrate at your own pace. That being said, if you can make it, decide to be here - and things often fall in place.
-
Yes. This training isn’t about filling as many seats as possible — it’s about creating a field where each person is seen and supported. That’s why there’s an application process. It gives both of us the chance to feel into whether this is the right time, the right space, and the right resonance for you. The group is intentionally kept intimate, so the container holds depth, safety, and room for your voice.
-
That feeling is normal. Money often reflects the thresholds we’re crossing inside. Only you can know if this is the right time for you, but I invite you to consider what this training will provide - skills, capacity, and confidence that you’ll carry for years. Often, participants find that the investment actually reorders their priorities, bringing more focus and alignment into their lives.
-
Yes. The training can be paid in full or in monthly installments to make the investment more accessible. I encourage you to choose the option that allows you to step in with both commitment and ease.
-
You’ll receive a certificate of completion, which recognizes your participation and learning. This training focuses on embodied skills rather than formal accreditation.
-
There will be opportunities for more advanced immersions in the future, which will dive further into archetypal work, shadow integration, and advanced facilitation tools.
“I felt so ‘geborgen’ with Sandra. Such a warm sense of being at home.
A quiet belonging. Her touch as well. It’s always intentional, at times grounding, other times it sparks like electricity.
In the beginning, I had a moment of “oh god, what if I get lost and can’t come back,” but the way this was held, the touch, and checking in were so comforting and made me feel incredibly safe.”
