I invite you to an intensive yet gentle breathwork session in a safe and intimate environment. You will be guided through CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK (CCB), an activating breathwork technique that can induce higher states of consciousness, boost endorphin release, elevate blood alkalinity and immune function, improve emotional resilience, cognitive functions as well as reduced stress & cortisol levels amongst many other wonderful benefits.

In today’s world, we rarely recognise the power of breath as a gateway to self-discovery, yet, the ancients knew about the vast benefits beyond the physical effects.

The breathwork part of the class is followed by a nourishing integration phase that grounds you softly and gives you space to deeply anchor what you’ve experienced, and explore your inner realms.

WHAT YOU NEED:
• Comfort - a cozy place to lay down with blankets and pillows (neck is kept straight though)
• Comfy clothes to move, breathe and rest in (let the belly and chest have space to expand)
• Access to Zoom and headphones or a speaker (sound is quite important on this journey)
• An undisturbed window of time (make sure you have some piece and quiet for 90 min)
YOU MAY WANT:
• Water
• Pen and Paper
• Blindfold or something to cover your eyes with
• Essential oils, soft light, anything that helps you soften und ground into safety
FURTHER SUGGESTIONS:
• Avoid heavy meals at least two hours before the session (you will thank yourself later;)
• Use the bathroom before class (if you need to go during the session you might experience dizziness - please move slowly)
• Get into your body beforehand (move or stretch to your liking - helps with a busy mind)
• Have a time buffer after the session (you might need it, be gentle with your nervous system)

*Awareness of Contraindications: Certain conditions, including but not limited to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe PTSD, epilepsy, heart or lung conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, and taking medication that alters brain chemistry may pose risks when participating in conscious connected Breathwork. Please contact the facilitators or your medical health professional if unsure.
We are meeting via Zoom about once a month. Once you’ve registered through Zoom I know you’re up for it and will send you an email before the session with all the necessary information.
